The market was so bad that my husband and I were hopeless of finding a house we actually liked. Patty is amazing and fierce. She is exactly what you want in this market. She will fight for you, help you save money and get an amazing deal. She helped us navigate all the different things we needed to do and people to contact. She was very patient in hearing us out and answering all our questions. Through the process of home buying she has become a strong women that I look up to and trust with all my heart. We were also buying this house from out of state which really needs a special attentive agent that she was!

Recently the tenants move out, so I listed the home with Patty and her organization. After a week or two the house was sold. Patty took care of all the details, all the way from having the house spruced up to showing the house to prospective byers. Every detail was covered and completed in a professional manner.
